Short version: this place overcharges, tries to upsell you on work that doesn't need to be done, makes messes and lies about the cause, don't go here. --- Saw this place was highly recommended, so took my 2008 Hyundai Sonata there for an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. Important to know that, at the time, the car was driving fine, no leaking, nothing. They called my wife and said spark plugs should be replaced and transmission fluid should be changed. She thankfully said no to the spark plugs (which are fine), but said yes to the transmission fluid. They charged $370 to do the transmission fluid without doing the filter. They also mentioned that there was a small oil leak coming from the valve cover. Got the car back. Now pulling to the left. Called them, they checked the alignment again, said it was because the rear tires were so worn. Fair enough, thanks for looking, all good. Next thing I know my garage floor has a bunch of oil on it. Look in the car, it's got oil on the transmission and a bunch of other places. Looks like when they changed the oil, somebody spilled oil. Called them again, let them know, asked if they could clean it up. They came back saying that there was a big leak from the valve cover and oil pan, that they'd had a conversation with me about how it dripping onto the alternator could kill it and recommended putting dye in there to find the leak, but that it wasn't possible for them to have spilled oil on it because of some special adapter and I could look at the pictures they originally took as evidence. First, we never had that conversation. Second, I looked at those pictures, I asked a car guy to look at those pictures, there is nothing in those pictures that explains this much oil (including new oil) being in the places where it's at. Called them back, said I'm done with them, and another shop is cleaning up their mess for $63. Don't go here.

I came in for a quick diagnostic. Kenny was able to fit me in the same day and even helped to repair my issue right then! The service was quick, professional, and I learned something too. Will definitely be coming back to see these folks.

Fune Tuned Auto has been the only auto repair shop that we use since they opened their first location in Broomfield. They are an excellent shop with highly trained service techs. They gaurantee their work and we have never had a single issue with any of the services ranging from basic fluid changes to extensive and complicated repairs that they have provided for us over the years. We won't even buy a car without their stamp of approval. They are the gold standard for auto service. 10 out of 10 across the board.

Worked with Mike. I know some automotive so always hesitant to work with mechanics. He was great to work with. Went there for an alignment after getting new tires. 2008 F150 so it was badly needed. I knew the back shocks had some wear so asked him to take a look. We unfortunately found more damage than hoped. We went through a review of what needed to happen and Mike gave me a few options. He had already researched the proper suspension replacements and we were able to talk them through ultimately moving to a heavier duty suspension. Truck rides better than when new. Drove from Denver to Boston in comfort. Great work and pricing was respectful. Will go back whenever I have issues in the future.
